John Polnaszek

John "JP" Polnaszek, loving father and friend, gave up his battle with cancer and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 22, 1999 in Chandler, Arizona.  John was a member of the local I.B.E.W. #64C and an active member of both the East Valley and Southern Nevada Harley Owners Group Chapters.  John is survived and will be greatly missed by his father, Daniel Polnaszek; his big brother, Robert  and wife, Nancy; his daughter, Kimberly and husband, Larry Wainscott; grandson, Jason; and granddaughter, Kayla Wainscott; and his loving companion Ruth Polnaszek; along with many other family and friends.  The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Johnny P to The American Cancer Research Society, The Gideon Foundation To Spread The Word of God, or Jason and Kayla Wainscott Trust Fund, c/o Kimberly Wainscott, PO Box # 20515, Amarillo, Texas, 79114.  Viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 1999 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with services to immediately follow in the Sandia Funeral Care Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, 821-0010.  Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE, Albuquerque
